Nice and quick checkin and checkout. Good location next to supermarket that is open late (for swiss standards). Not far from Train and Tram.

The property is very old. Still well maintained, the bathroom is good and spacious. The location is slightly outside the Centre but so well connected by tram and bus and train. The tram station is right outside the hotel.

We have reached earlier, but they let us check in and we got our room. Staff super friendly, helpful and with a smile on the face ! Spotless clean, soundproof rooms, size of room is good !

The hotel was in the same location as the show we went to see. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly

Spotlessly clean everywhere. All staff very polite, friendly, and professional. Room had everything I needed. Toiletries were very good. Location was just 6 min walk from Train station and close to supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants and food outlets. Several churches also close. Breakfast was more continental than "full"; though there were a couple of hot options which you could order. What was available as a buffet was nice; Selection of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread and jams, croissants. hard boiled eggs. There is a church very close which rings bells up to about 21:00 at night and from 07:00am. I loved them, and it was an ideal alarm clock, but may be a problem if you wanted a lie in.

The location is very good here, close to tram routes as you need them. Staff were so accomodating and lovely. Rooms were perfect for what we needed, a place to rest our heads and on a comfy bed! P.S. Memo Bar across the road does amazing Turkish pide/kebab.

The cleanliness of this hotel is superb. Its really clean from the doorstep until your room. Its strategic location for someone who want to explore in Zurich as its closed to Zurich HB. Right beside its Coop which you can get your grocery there! Last but not least, the staff over there is fantastic great! They are helpful and very nice! I just want to stay back there if Im going back to Zurich. They provided the best services in Zurich I can say!
